Message: The project I had was for a septic system. They left the ground concave over the leach field and after I brought it up I was told it would be fixed after I made the final payment. I paid in full and never heard from them again. The rest of the project went well but I would advise you to insist on being there when ground is first broken otherwise they may not have the final plans and may put the tanks and leach field in the wrong place as was almost done on my project. Also delays were a huge problem but covid was looming. One other issue I had was that I expected a consultation on the system on how to operate and maintain it but nothing. Put it in and left.
